Silva AI Direct
The Methodology
Every Direct matter runs the same shape. The methodology is what makes the output defensible — and what we maintain in-house so each instruction inherits the same discipline.
AI Use Protocol signed, scope agreed, data room reviewed before any skill runs. No work starts until the basis is clear.
Top tier for judgment and drafting. Cheaper tiers for bulk processing. Choices recorded. Downgrades flagged.
Every finding traceable to source. Versioned change logs. Disclosure versus response, filing versus content.
The platform re-reads its own output. Cross-checked through a second model where available. Delivered with the citation trail intact.
Optional: an additional senior review can be added on instruction. Scoped on the matter, not standard, not assumed.
How It Starts
Four steps from first contact to deliverables landing. Most matters move to a signed Protocol within a working day.
Step 01
Email ai@silvalex.co.uk with a sketch of the matter, what is instructed, rough volume, timeline.
20 min · no chargeStep 02
We confirm volume band, modifiers, any data room preparation needed. Engagement letter follows.
Same dayStep 03
You sign the AI Use Protocol and engagement letter, give us data room access. Setup completes inside 24-48 hours.
24-48 hoursStep 04
Full DD package delivered. Walk-through call included on every matter. Larger matters scoped at intake.
5-7 working daysNot sure if Direct is right for this matter? A single-contract red flag review from £150 is the cleanest way to test the methodology before a larger instruction.
Our Skills
Each skill is a tested workflow built on the same methodology. We are adding skills as the platform grows — and we will build a bespoke skill where the work justifies it.
In development
New skills are being added as the platform grows. Each is built on the same gated methodology before it ships.

The review surfaced material gapping issues in the target. On the strength of the report, the client decided not to proceed. The work is paid to find what matters, and it did.
The Alternative
Subscription platforms ask you to commit annually, train your team, and pay regardless of how often the platform actually runs. Direct is the opposite proposition.
On hardware: we bring our own laptop and run from there, no install on your side. We stay on your network, work with your files on a hard drive, and the laptop is scrubbed on exit — privacy and compliance by default.
Pricing
Both services use the same methodology and are scoped before they run. You know the fee before we start. We will not quote without seeing a sample of the data room or a clear description of scope.

Example in Practice
A UK transactional matter. A 500-document data room. Another firm had quoted a multiple of our fee for the same scope of work. We were instructed to deliver the full package against our methodology — and to deliver it inside the client’s timeline.
