Where do most firms get stuck with AI?

The bottleneck is almost always workflow and confidence rather than capability, which is why the work starts with how you actually operate rather than with a product demonstration.
Do we need to buy AI software before working with Silva?
No, and holding off is usually wiser. Buying first tends to fix the answer before the question is understood, and firms end up with licences nobody uses. Start by finding where the time genuinely goes, then buy - or build - against that. Sometimes the conclusion is that the tool you already pay for is enough.
How long before we see anything useful?
A Discovery Day gives you a costed list of what to build in a single day. Training makes a team competent on real matters in two sessions. Implementation is the longer piece and depends on what you are putting in. If someone promises a transformed practice in a fortnight, they are selling you something.
Is this only for large firms?
No, and small firms often move faster because there are fewer people to bring along and no committee to convince. What matters is whether the same kind of work comes through the door repeatedly - that repetition is what makes AI worth pointing at it. A two-partner firm with a steady stream of similar matters is a better candidate than a large firm where everything is bespoke.
